Candidates can also submit an admission application to the college personally by attending the spot. The principal said that the list of eligible candidates will be published on November . From this day, the selected candidates can take admission on the basis of merit. The principal said that 120 seats in various branches in the college are government-aided. Admission to these seats is given at low fees. The remaining 360 seats are self-funded. Seats are available according to the rules of the state and center, for the economically weaker sections

The induction program for new students in engineering colleges started on Friday. This program will run for 15 days. The special thing is that due to Covid 19, the induction program for students for the first time also started online.

What Is Lateral Entry In B.Tech? Bachelor of Technology/ B.Tech Lateral Entry (LE) is one of the most sought courses as most of the students have completed their diplomas in engineering and now want to pursue B Tech degree/lateral entry engineering. These students are eligible for lateral entry program which means direct admission in second year. It has been made possible by regulatory bodies as to avoid wastage of time. B Tech first year is similar to what students have learned while doing diploma. Diploma in Engineering:

It is a 3-year course which students can pursue after the completion of matriculation. Diploma holders are also eligible for lateral entry in the third semester of undergraduate Engineering degree Courses. Diploma in Engineering is offered in various disciplines.·
